Deposits
A $100.00 deposit is required of all Residents wishing to stay one month or more. A $50.00 deposit is required for weekly reservations . These deposits are applied to the payment of the first invoice upon arrival. Thirty days (30) advanced notice is required for refund on deposits.
Electric and water meters are read on the 30th of each month and charges are payable on the first day of the following month.
